Shipping

  1. Ordered goods are shipped within the European Union, via Post NL, directly from the manufacturer.
  2. Packages within the Netherlands are delivered within 1-2 business days after payment. For Belgium, Germany and France, the delivery time after payment is 2-3 business days. For other countries in Europe, the delivery time is 4-5 business days after payment. You will receive an email after your order is shipped.
  3. The shipping cost is quoted at the time of ordering and includes the included packing and delivery fee. Nature Adventure operates on a dropshipping basis. This means that products from different manufacturers are shipped in separate packages. As a customer, you pay one shipping cost.

Shipping costs:

  • Netherlands – €5,95
  • Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden – €8,95
  • Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland – €12,95.
  1. At the customer’s request, the shipment can be sent insured. In each case, the fees depend on the specific shipment. Parcels are sent only after prior arrangement of insurance terms with the customer and prepayment to the account.
  2. Transport costs are covered by the customer.
  3. When placing an order, the shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed in the summary.

Returns

  1. Ordered products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment without having to provide a reason for the return.
  2. To exercise the right of return, clear and transparent information must be provided in writing, preferably via e-mail or contact form.
  3. From the moment we receive information about the return, we will refund to the Customer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the product.Attention! We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.Please send returned products immediately to the following address:

  1. If the value of the product has been reduced as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, a refund may be granted partially or not at all.
  2. We will refund your payment using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  3. Not all products we offer are returnable. This happens in the case of products with a short shelf life or which may be destroyed or deactivated during long transport. This applies to all products offered in the Truffle Shop section (Microdosing, Magic Truffles, Growkits).
